Lansing Entertainment & Public Facilities Authority has managed the city owned stadium since opening in April of 1996.

With the vision of the stadium being multi-purpose, LEPFA has produced many events here such as: concerts, festivals, outdoor movies, haunted houses and even an ice skating rink! With the arrival of the stadium in downtown Lansing, an attraction that still draws over 350,000 patrons annually, came new life to the area. Since opening, many restaurants, bars, festivals, family and school outings have come to downtown Lansing.
